Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing growth strategies, and driving revenue. You will also lead client negotiations, manage partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT and digital marketing solutions that meet client needs. Regular performance tracking and reporting will also form part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing deals
Knowledge of IT Solutions and Digital Marketing concepts
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Analytical thinking and ability to identify business opportunities
Team leadership and collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
