Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, prospecting, networking, and creating strategic partnerships. The role also involves working closely with marketing and product teams to align business strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing or telecommunications industry is a plus
