Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at our company, your role will involve bringing in new business through a variety of sales techniques to generate revenue. You will be responsible for coaching, inspiring, and motivating a sales team of Business Development Executives. Your main focus will be on ensuring that the team meets monthly and yearly sales targets by providing sales training, development, and performance management. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of market dynamics in the respective sector. You will be preparing sales strategies to achieve company growth and maintaining customer relationships. It is essential to use the internal CRM system effectively for communication and customer management. Handling new inquiries and customer complaints from existing subscribers will also be part of your responsibilities. As part of quality assurance and training, you will monitor random calls and sample tender queries made by the sales team members. Additionally, forecasting and analyzing market growth will be crucial for your success in this position. You will report directly to the VP of Sales.
