We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strategic partnerships in the transformer industry. The role focuses on business expansion, corporate branding, market intelligence, and positioning the company as a premium player in the Indian and international power sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities in utility, EPC, and other industrial segments.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to strengthen presence.
• Lead branding activities including exhibitions, PR, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with agencies for brochures, videos, and corporate collaterals.
• Represent the company in industry forums.
• Prepare brand performance reports and market intelligence dashboards.
• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Power/Mechanical)
• MBA (Marketing / International Business preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development and brand promotion in electrical or EPC industries.
• Strategic mindset and market awareness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and event management
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated and creative professional
