Business Development Manager

Salary: ₹5 Lakh – ₹6 Lakh per annum + 5–10% incentives per successful closure

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with strong sales skills and client engagement abilities. This role requires identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Experience in marketing agencies, real estate, or e-commerce is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant business development or sales experience
• Prior experience in

  marketing agencies preferred

• Knowledge of

  real estate or e-commerce

  is an asset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite
