Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across education, IT, and other sectors to expand Tallento’s portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership models as per client requirements.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and exhibitions to promote Tallento’s services.
  • Monitor and report sales metrics and performance regularly to leadership.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, edtech, staffing, or IT services.
  • Strong network and proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with leadership potential to build regional BD teams in the future.
