As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve driving client acquisition, fostering lasting relationships, and contributing to Talentoj's growth journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and generate new business opportunities with startups and product companies actively hiring. - Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders, CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers. - Drive end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure. - Collaborate closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Stay abreast of market trends, funding news, and industry movements to identify high-potential clients. - Aim to achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. **Key Requirements:** - 3-7 years of experience in business development/sales within recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (mandatory). - Strong network within the startup ecosystem and product companies is highly advantageous. - Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. - Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
