Position Overview

Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in

  chemicals, pharma, agro, auto components, FMCG, and e-commerce

  industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  purchase managers, supply chain heads, and plant managers

  .
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to understand trends and identify growth areas.
• Achieve sales targets by

  closing long-term contracts

  with clients.
• Promote the companys portfolio:

  Metal, Corrugated boxes, shrink wraps, pallets, eco-friendly packaging

  etc.
• Conduct

  packaging audits

  for clients to highlight cost-saving opportunities.
• Represent the company at

  industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs

  .
• Coordinate with

  operations, design, and logistics teams

  to deliver customized packaging solutions.
• Maintain and update

  CRM systems

  with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Provide

  weekly/monthly sales reports

  and forecast pipelines to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven track record in

  B2B sales/business development

  , preferably in

  industrial packaging, logistics, or manufacturing

  .
• Strong understanding of

  bulk/industrial packaging products

  and client applications.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Ability to

  analyze client needs

  and propose tailored packaging solutions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools

  .

Qualifications

• BE / B Tech / Diploma - Mechanical Only
• 38 years of experience in

  industrial packaging or related B2B sectors
