Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager position based in Surat. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading negotiations to successfully close deals. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, evaluate potential partnerships, create effective sales strategies, and represent the company at industry events and conferences. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, streamline communication, and align business development initiatives with the company’s overall goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of market research, sales analytics, and strategy development
  • Knowledge of 3D printing technology, manufacturing sectors, or related technical domains (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and business development tools (added advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
