Job Description

About the Role

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels.
  • Pitch staffing solutions to VPTA, HR Heads, and Procurement Managers.
  • Drive 

    enterprise client acquisition

    , especially within large IT firms and 

    Global Capability Centers (GCCs) / Global In-house Centers (GICs)

    .

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailor-made staffing solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal delivery/recruitment teams.

Revenue Generation & Targets

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for large staffing deals.

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active prospects and forecast revenue.
  • Stay informed about the 

    GCC/GIC landscape, expansion trends, and organizational structures

     to identify strategic opportunities.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of proven sales experience in 

    Staffing/Recruitment/Managed Services.

  • Strong network of corporate clients, especially in 

    IT, BFSI, FMCG, or Manufacturing

     domains.
  • Experience in 

    enterprise IT client acquisition

     with deep understanding of 

    GCCs/GICs operating in India

    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
