Responsibilities : - We are looking for a strategic and highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and client acquisition. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing the complete B2B/B2C sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure. Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, email outreach, and networking. Nurture prospects through email campaigns, cold calling, and client meetings. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals under senior guidance. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and present business proposals, commercial quotes, and negotiations. Manage client onboarding and maintain long-term relationships. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the lead pipeline. Track sales performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Desired profile of the candidate : - Business Development Manager (with Sales Expertise) Female only Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education : - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2--3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
