Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through Staff Augmentation services, iHUB products, and Square solutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading pre-sales efforts for both staffing and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

● Business Development:

Staff Augmentation and product sales

○ Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.

● Client Management:

○ Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.

○ Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services

● Market & Product Positioning:

○ Position iHUB’s services and products effectively in the market to highlight competitive advantages.

○ Stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

● Collaboration & Teamwork:

○ Guide and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in business development, focusing on Staff Augmentation and product sales.

● Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving growth.

● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience in IT services, staffing, or tech product sales preferred.

● Willingness to travel as needed.
