Business Development Manager

Reelax is transforming the influencer marketing space by making it transparent, efficient, and results-driven. We empower brands and agencies to directly collaborate with thousands of verified influencers using advanced tools, AI-driven discovery, and seamless campaign tracking.

We're now looking to scale rapidly – and we need a Business Development Manager who can drive growth, build strong relationships, and close high-value deals.

Role Description

• Identify and acquire new brand and agency clients for influencer marketing campaigns on the Reelax platform.
• Own the full sales funnel: from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, closing, and onboarding.
• Build strategic relationships with decision-makers in marketing, brand, and digital teams.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored influencer marketing solutions using Reelax’s capabilities.
• Coordinate with the campaign team to ensure successful delivery and performance.
• Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain a strong deal pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent Reelax at events, webinars, and industry forums.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (experience with marketing/advertising/creator economy is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital platforms, or SaaS tools is a plus.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making.
