Role Overview:

high-energy Sales & Business Development Manager


Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach new potential clients

     in the Education (schools, colleges, universities) and Corporate sectors.
  • Build a 

    strong pipeline

     of leads through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell our AV solutions:

- Smart Classroom Solutions

- Video Conference Room Setups

- Podcast Studios

- Auditorium AV Systems

- Video Walls

- TV Studios for Mass Communication

  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure timely project handovers.
  • Maintain market awareness to spot and seize new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
