Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment and training services. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in business development within a manpower consultancy firm , with a proven track record of securing new clients and forging strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify and acquire new clients for permanent recruitment and corporate training services. ✅ Develop and maintain campus recruitment partnerships with colleges and universities. ✅ Build strong, long-lasting client relationships that generate repeat business. ✅ Collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and recruitment team to ensure timely closures. ✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as defined by management. ✅ Travel across India as needed to meet clients, attend events, and expand partnerships. ✅ Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations. ✅ Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts in CRM tools. Must-Have Skills & Experience: ✅ Minimum 5 years of business development experience in a manpower consultancy firm (mandatory). ✅ Proven success in client acquisition for recruitment and training services. ✅ Experience in campus recruitment or college tie-ups. ✅ Strong network of industry contacts. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ✅ High initiative and target-driven mindset. ✅ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. ✅ Willingness to travel across India.
