Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving student admissions, building strong relationships with parents and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent growth of the schools enrollment numbers. The role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and execution of marketing and outreach activities to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Identify and convert potential leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship management.
  • Conduct school presentations, parent meetings, and community outreach programs to promote the institution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local education dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development Associates (BDAs) to achieve team objectives.
  • Maintain accurate reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or MIS tools.
  • Ensure a seamless parent experience from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Work closely with the academic and operations team to ensure alignment with school goals and vision.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
