Job Description

International SaaS Market Expansion:

  • Identify and prioritize international markets with high growth potential for the SaaS product.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies, considering localization, cultural nuances, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze international SaaS market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Create and manage budgets and forecasts for international sales and business development activities.
  • Exposure to work with international customers in USA, UK, Europe, Australia or Middle East countries etc.
  • Adapt sales and marketing strategies to resonate with different cultural contexts.
  • SaaS Sales and Revenue Growth, Generate and qualify leads for the SaaS application in target international markets.
  • Discuss and close SaaS subscription agreements with international clients.
  • Focus on building a pipeline of recurring revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management, build and maintain strong relationships with international SaaS clients.
  • Localization and Adaptation, work with product and marketing teams to localize the SaaS application and marketing materials for target markets.
  • Ensure the SaaS application complies with local data privacy and security regulations.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting, track and analyze key SaaS metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and churn rate.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration, collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support international business initiatives.
  • Respond to RFPs, scrutinize RFPs and work on making structured proposals in liaison with the Core Team.
  • Staying Current with SaaS Trends, remain up to date on the latest SaaS industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts and industry relationships in target regions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent online presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to navigate international business cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of international data privacy laws.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
