Job Description

This Profile is responsible for supporting our clients for all desktop hardware and software issues, This also includes supports like servers, printers, networks, vendor specific hardware and software etc. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Installing, Configuring windows operating systems. Installed and configured various applications software's Like MS Office, antivirus etc. Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware. Software and Networking Problems. Installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus. Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components. Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer. Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role. Help create technical documentation and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. CCTV Camera – All type of Technical Support (Added Advantage). SKILLS REQUIRED:- Experience with phone-based IT Support / IT Help Desk. Outstanding interpersonal and soft skills. Ability to deal with all situations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
