FMS Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering.

Job Summary:

The FMS Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, networking systems, and security devices such as IP cameras, attendance, and access control systems. The role requires hands-on experience in managing on-site installations, configuration, and system-level troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations and system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for IT hardware, network, and security systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP Cameras, Attendance, and Access Control Devices.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, networking, and peripheral devices.
• Manage and maintain MS SQL and servers for system applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of all systems.
• Monitor and ensure system availability and performance as per SLA.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
• Provide support for software installations, upgrades, and data backup processes.
• Handle MS Office and email communication for daily operations and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
