Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2C

sales and customer acquisition. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their

needs, and providing suitable product/service solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

● Understand patients’ profiles and address their queries to create awareness

● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective counselling and

follow-ups.

● Provide empathetic guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.

● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, and support staff) to ensure

a seamless patient experience.


Requirements:

● 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer

acquisition.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Languages:

Mandatory:

Preferred (any of):

● Strong persuasion skills and customer-focused approach.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Education:

Graduate in any discipline
