Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for Paramantra CRM products, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers primarily in the Real Estate and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations emphasizing Paramantra CRMs value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries and tailor CRM solutions to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the SaaS CRM domain.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecast updates to the management team.
  • Participate in product feedback loops to assist in continuous product enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably selling CRM software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the CRM sales cycle and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
  • Graduate degree or higher qualification in any discipline; technical proficiency or background is an added advantage.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software will be a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience selling to real estate or manufacturing customers is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
