Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our company based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our IT services and digital product offerings. Your direct sales experience in IT services, website solutions, plugins, themes, hosting packages, and custom development will be instrumental in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. - Effectively pitch IT services, software solutions, and web development packages. - Build strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and proposing suitable solutions. - Create proposals, quotations, and presentations to showcase our offerings. - Collaborate with technical teams for project scoping and delivery alignment. - Maintain CRM records, ensure consistent follow-ups, and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Represent the company in client meetings, online demos, and networking platforms. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in IT sales, software services, or web development sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language. - Experience with direct sales, lead generation tools, and bidding platforms (preferred). - Knowledge of plugins, themes, hosting packages, SaaS products, and custom software solutions. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
