As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions - Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure - Closing sales to achieve quarterly quotas and contribute to the team's success - Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest to expand the client base - Maintaining and growing the prospect database within the assigned territory - Collaborating with channel partners to build pipeline and successfully close deals - Conducting effective online demos to showcase product features and benefits To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas - Strong phone presence and proficiency in making numerous calls daily - Familiarity with corporate productivity and web presentation tools for effective communication - Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage customer interactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly - Strong listening and presentation abilities to engage prospects effectively - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets Please note that for any further queries or to express your interest in this opportunity, you can contact us at 740699108 or via email at shivani.sharma@pagarbook.com.
