Locations

Key Responsibilities

Identify & onboard commercial properties for new hotel launches
Negotiate commercials & finalize franchise agreements
Build business relationships with property developers & brokers
Coordinate legal paperwork and onboarding process
Monitor partner performance and ensure profitability

Number of sellable rooms signed & activated monthly
Contribution margin from acquired properties

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in franchise development (QSR/hospitality preferred)
Strong negotiation, networking & analytical skills
