Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
  
• Independently interact with epc contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
  
• Promote and market ductile iron pipes, fittings, and allied infrastructure products.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand project requirements and provide customized solutions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare sales pitches, presentations, and commercial proposals.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Support tender participation, negotiations, and order closures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Salary : Negotiable

• Experience:

  Experienced or Retired Male Candidate with a strong marketing and sales background in

  Pipes, Fittings or Allied infrastructure materials

  .

• Industry Knowledge:

  Prior exposure to

  DI Pipes, GI Pipes, MS Pipes, or Large Diameter Pipes

  marketing is highly desirable.

• Network:

  Must have established connections with

  EPC Contractors

  and

  Water & Sewerage Departments

  of State Governments ( Chennai, Hyderabad , Vijaywada & Kerala).

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently.

• Preferred Background:

  Aspirants previously associated with

  leading DI pipe manufacturers

  such as

  Tata Steel, Electrosteel Castings (ECL), Rashmi Metaliks, Welspun, Jai Balaji Industries Ltd, Kejriwal Castings Limited,

  will be given preference

Fluent in Local Languages i.e. Telugu/Tamil / Malayalam along with English
