Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention. Engage and build strong relationships with EPC Contractors, State Water & Sewerage Departments, and other stakeholders to promote our product portfolio. Independently handle marketing and sales discussions with key decision-makers to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with Contractors and Government departments. Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that resonate with clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to strengthen business development initiatives and enhance market positioning. Ensure timely follow-ups, closure of opportunities, and achievement of assigned regional sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Experienced or Retired Male Candidate with a strong marketing and sales background in Pipes, Fittings or Allied infrastructure materials . Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to DI Pipes, GI Pipes, MS Pipes, or Large Diameter Pipes marketing is highly desirable. Network: Must have established connections with EPC Contractors and Water & Sewerage Departments of State Governments ( Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala). Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently. Preferred Background: Aspirants previously associated with leading DI pipe manufacturers such as Tata Steel, Electrosteel Castings (ECL), Rashmi Metaliks, Welspun, Jai Balaji Industries Ltd, Kejriwal Castings Limited, will be given preference. Fluent in Local Languages i.e. Telugu/Tamil / Malayalam along with English
