Job Description

Optiex IoT Solutions is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in IoT, cloud platforms, and industrial technology solutions. We empower core industrial sectors including engineering PSUs, textile manufacturing, healthcare, smart cities, and automotive industries with innovative, smart solutions.

  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities in targeted sectors.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss product performance and business potential.
  • Discuss software and technology needs with clients to recommend appropriate products.
  • Advise clients on technical aspects and software options related to IoT and industrial solutions.
  • Use presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Prepare and submit competitive offers and follow up to close orders.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure deals.
  • Close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve queries from new and existing clients about products and services.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering, E&TC, Electronics, Computer Science, BSc Electronics, or related fields.
  • Business Management or technical background is an additional advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C software marketing, preferably with IoT, cloud platforms, or industrial technology exposure.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in concept selling and solution-based marketing.
  • Proven success in product or solution marketing with a solid understanding of the IoT technology stack (devices, connectivity, cloud, analytics, edge computing).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated track record in product marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing within B2B and B2C environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Deep understanding of IoT technologies and related software solutions.
  • Proactive and target-driven approach with strong business acumen.

Relevant Industry Experience

  • Marketing to large-scale and medium-scale core industrial sectors, engineering PSUs, textile manufacturing, healthcare, smart cities, automotive, etc.
