Revenue-focused role requiring ownership of the full sales lifecycle. The Business Development Manager will identify high-value prospects, build senior-level relationships, drive closures, and scale agency revenue across assigned verticals.
• Prospecting & Acquisition: Identify, map, and acquire prospective clients across industries.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a predictable pipeline; forecast revenue monthly and quarterly.
• Client Intelligence: Research client needs, business models, and challenges to pitch precise solutions.
• Revenue Closure: Negotiate terms, close profitable deals, and meet revenue targets.
• Proposals & Presentations: Create sharp proposals and presentations conveying a clear value proposition.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand business opportunities and drive growth.
• Vertical Expansion: Grow the assigned vertical with strong focus on profitability.
• Client Expansion: Support Client Servicing to strengthen and scale existing accounts.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing changes.
• Strong B2B sales experience; preference for Real Estate, Digital Agencies, or Real Estate Portals.
• Proven ability to sell performance marketing and retainer-based services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to leverage an established professional network for business growth.
