We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in publishing or media to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the publishing or media space and a strong network in the industry. 

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the publishing and media industry. Build and nurture long-term client relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners. Develop tailored proposals, sales pitches, and innovative solutions aligned with client needs. Consistently achieve revenue targets and provide accurate sales performance reports. Collaborate with internal editorial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically in publishing or media. Strong network and established relationships within publishing/media houses, advertisers, and agencies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
