Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to handle inbound leads and inquiries, assist in client communication, and support the sales team in converting potential prospects into customers. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients.Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our products/services.Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.Coordinate with the sales team for proposal sharing, scheduling meetings, and client onboarding.Support in preparing sales reports and tracking conversion metrics.Build rapport with prospects to ensure a positive experience and increase conversion chances.

Requirements

Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
