Job Description

You will be responsible for driving group sales from colleges, institutional sales, and individual sales through calling. Achieving your targets will lead to earning incentives across all these sales channels. Additionally, you will represent the company at various levels in conferences and exhibitions. Your role will involve overseeing the complete Marketing, Sales, Promotion, Branding, and Dealer coordination for your assigned territory from MACRO to MICRO Level. You will need to travel 15-20 days a month, with 10 days spent in or around Nagpur. Working on a 3-way approach, you will focus on spreading awareness and Brand Building, getting downloads and collecting students" data, and driving sales. You will also be required to maintain communication with all Nursing Colleges of India through emails and calls post-sales to ensure smooth services of Smart Digital Library. Your monthly targets will be set at 10 lakhs net, which you must achieve in coordination with your team leader. You will have a designated area with realistic and achievable targets of a minimum of 1.2 Cr net. Building strong PR relations with dealers and institutes in your assigned area will be essential. Furthermore, you should always update yourself with new Marketing Strategies & Product Knowledge of Nursing Next Live. You are expected to work under the guidance of your Reporting Managers, follow department SOPs and processes, and adhere to company policies and systems. To maximize sales, you will need to cover all local colleges when at the base location, engage in faculty calling, hospital work, and student-level activities. It is crucial to maintain good PR with various stakeholders and keep track of relevant data for reporting. Attending/conducting various events like Book Fairs, Conferences, CNEs, Workshops, and College Exhibitions will also be part of your responsibilities. Future tasks may involve building and leading a team of calling and sales executives as directed by management. Your daily schedule should be divided effectively to cover college and hospital visits, dealer meetings, evening work on students" study areas, and follow-ups with dealers.
