Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong technical knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve products/services.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
