Job Description

Profile:

| Location: Mumbai | Experience:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet the quarterly and annual

    Sales Targets

    set by the company.
  • Regular

    site visits

    and meetings with

    Architects, Builders, Engineers, Contractors, Developers

    , and other industry stakeholders.
  • Educate

    stakeholders such as Architects, Corporates, Banks, PMCs about our products and offerings.
  • Review project requirements and

    suggest modifications

    or customizations as needed.
  • Deliver

    presentations

    about the company and the wide range of products manufactured.
  • Understand and interpret

    technical drawings and specifications

    related to projects.
  • Prepare and formulate

    tender packages

    , and conduct

    techno-commercial evaluations

    .
  • Share

    quotations

    ,

    product catalogues

    , and

    samples

    ; ensure samples are approved by the relevant decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with

    Architects, Government Bodies, Corporates

    , and

    Banks

    to obtain necessary

    approvals and clearances

    .
  • Handle

    negotiations

    , follow up for

    orders

    , and ensure product

    specification inclusion

    in the project.
  • Generate

    Proforma invoices

    , follow up for

    purchase orders (POs)

    , and

    coordinate internally

    for timely delivery.
  • Provide regular

    progress updates

    to Clients and Architects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage

    customer relationships

    and generate

    MIS reports

    for project monitoring.
  • Handle discussions on

    payment terms

    , dispute resolution, and other critical business matters.
  • Preferred knowledge areas:

    • Furniture project lifecycle
    • Modular furniture products
    • Government tenders and selling to

      CPWD / PWD

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Must be a

    Graduate

    from a reputed college or university.

Preferred Skills:

  • A

    self-motivated

    and

    self-directed

    professional.
  • Strong

    communication and presentation skills

    .
  • Ability to

    interpret technical documents

    and

    drawings

    .
  • Proven ability to work independently and

    manage client relationships

    effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients as required.
