Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to meet business goals. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
• Strategic Planning, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Negotiation skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in digital marketing or branding is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals
