This position performs interacting with managers, business partners and major clients for helping the organization setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. Mandatory Experience of working in a Staffing Company. B2B sales of Recruitment Services for Perm Hiring and RPO Business. New Client Acquisition and End to End Sales. Responsible for developing trust relationship with a portfolio of major clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Responsible for supporting hiring teams. Responsible for acquiring thorough understanding of key clients and requirements. Responsible to achieve the overall GP target. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Strategic planning and hiring for the clients to increase the closure volume. Articulate the business value of information usage. Adherence to the timelines pertaining to closure of business requirements. No delay in follow up with stakeholders and clients Preferred candidate profile : Proven experience of 2+ years in sales. An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills. Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination. Sales Experience with the Staffing & Recruitment domain is an additional advantage. A sales mindset, to effectively communicate offerings to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
