We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Our start-up journey involves constant evolution and adaptation to market dynamics. People work on strategizing entirely new systems to complete hands-on, within same week. Resources consciousness is high, and job titles are almost flat. But you get freedom to operate across products, do your best work, and will stand ahead in tech curve. Role: Business Development Manager Location: Noida (WFO) What will you get to do • Conduct targeted cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. • Research and map target markets, identifying key decision-makers within relevant industries. • Pitch product offerings, focusing on the value propositions of Immersive, Metaverse and AR/VR/XR applications. • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed records of outreach activities and lead progression. • Leverage headhunting techniques to identify and engage strategic partners, collaborators, and clients within Web 3.0 ecosystems. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, outreach, cold calling, and lead generation. • Strong understanding of Blockchain/SAAS/ Immersive/ Metaverse and AR/VR/XR applications preferred. • Proven track record in utilization of social media/ Outreach platforms for Sales. • Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). • Ability to research and identify prospects in niche, tech-driven industries Cultural Expectations • Thrive in decision making in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Exhibit exceptional integrity and reliability on promise delivery • Collaborative and inclusive attitude • Value outcome driven thinking with resource optimization • Understand our reality Hiring Process- 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & senior leader Show more Show less
