Role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Goal Setting: Setting sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve their sales targets and objectives.
Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Sales Forecasting: Analyzing sales data and trends to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the FMCG/Stationery industry.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify insights and make informed decisions.
Understanding of market trends and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Expertise in Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills.
Should be very good in Time Management
