l Generate leads through Business Development funnel process
l Increase the prospects to lead conversion rate for all Market segments
l Prosecute new markets / new accounts / new customers in CNC business from all segments and update the BD funnel tracker on daily basis.
l Develop new accounts through physical one on one meetings with new customers
l Follow the sequence of Business Development process as defined for visits
l Ensure Complete adherence to schedules
l Report daily exhaustive feedback of visits conducted for the day.
l Hold short WIP meetings for improving the quality of prospects generated by campaign team
l Present Funnel status in the agreed format in weekly reviews to top management.
l Clearly highlights issues faced in prospects conversion
l Work on the skill gaps identified by Business Development Head to improve selling skills
