Job Summary

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. School & Institution Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, group education heads, and counselors in your assigned region.

2. Program Promotion & Adoption

• Present Kruu’s offerings—including project-based programs, innovation centres, and certifications—to potential partners and guide them through the onboarding process.

3. Partnership Development

• Identify and connect with high-potential education groups (e.g., Amrita, Podar, Ryan, Jain Group) to develop long-term collaborations.

4. Regional Strategy Execution

• Implement targeted outreach plans aligned with Kruu’s mission and revenue objectives.

5. Event Participation & Coordination

• Represent Kruu at education events, conferences, and school expos. Organize regional roadshows and information sessions.

6. Market Intelligence

• Track education trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to enhance Kruu’s offerings.

7. Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and partnerships using internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in business development, outreach, or school relations—preferably in EdTech or education services
• Strong network within the regional education sector is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with frequent regional travel and in-person visits
• Passion for education, innovation, and social impact
