Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, preparing strategies to meet organizational goals, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations to communicate business strategies and outcomes effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Strong knowledge of Financial Markets, Investment Strategies, and Portfolio Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in Market Research, Financial Analysis, and Data Interpretation
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and possess result-driven skills
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines of SEBI, RBI, or other financial authorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
