Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen government relations, and expand our distribution network. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in government sales, distributor development, and public sector projects. This role is critical in building long-term client relationships and expanding Kataline’s footprint across the region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in Infrastructure, Construction, Road Safety, or NHAI projects
  • Proven experience in Government sales, project management, and relations with authorities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build distributor networks, and manage channels
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned zone

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy and execution for the Mumbai region
  • Build and maintain strong relations with government authorities (NHAI, PWD, etc.)
  • Expand distributor and dealer network in road safety and infrastructure projects
  • Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide insights to leadership
  • Lead and motivate regional sales teams to achieve business targets

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Science Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in Government relations, infrastructure sales, and construction sector
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
