About the Role

Karmick Solutions is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and revenue generation. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset, a strong background in IT/digital marketing sales, and a proven ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement growth strategies
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
• Lead and manage resources and team efforts
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development (IT Services/Digital Marketing preferred)
• Strong experience in direct client acquisition via calls and emails (not through freelance portals)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, customer service, and relationship-building abilities
• Proven time and resource management capabilities
