Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students and working professionals to help them identify the most suitable courses for their career goals.
  
• Conduct

  calls, emails, and follow-ups

  to generate and convert leads into enrollments.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and training modules to students.
  
• Support students through the

  end-to-end enrollment process

  from inquiry to registration and fee payment.
• Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and student interactions.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive enrollment targets.
  
• Participate in

  workshops, seminars, and promotional events

  to enhance student engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience

  in academic counseling, education sales, or student advisory roles.
• Excellent

  communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to

  convert inquiries into enrollments

  and achieve set targets.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office

  ; knowledge of CRM tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to counseling in

  IT/technical education and niche technologies

  will be a strong plus.
• A proactive, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
