• Support students through application, enrolment, and pre-departure processes.
• Ensure students make informed decisions and have a smooth academic journey.

Requirements

• Graduates
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic or international education counselling
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student backgrounds
• Proficiency in computer applications and student information systems

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic counselling to students
• Assess academic profiles, interests, and career goals
• Recommend suitable academic programs and institutions
• Guide students through applications and documentation
• Advise on course selection, credit transfer, and academic planning
• Maintain accurate student records and reports
• Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds
