Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
• Generate leads via cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
• Sales and Client Acquisition
• Pitch products/services to prospective clients and secure business deals.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Market Analysis
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
• Sales Planning and Reporting
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of [specific industry or product, e.g., "digital marketing solutions"] is a plus.
