Accountant (Female)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team and support the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with auditors and assist with audits as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
