Job Description

Job Title: Accountant (Female)
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Salary: ₹ 35,000/month
Experience: 2-4 years (in manufacturing / trading / industry)
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / Equivalent; knowledge of accounting software preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle accounts payable & receivable: verify invoices, coordinate payments, issue bills.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements .
Ensure compliance with tax filings, GST/other statutory requirements, internal audits.
Coordinate with the production/stores team for cost records, inventory valuations if required.
Use accounting software (Tally, SAP, other ERP) and MS Excel for analysis, reporting.
Provide financial insight and support to management for budgeting & forecasting.

Skills & Attributes

Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the accounts function.
Proficiency in accounting software + MS Excel.
Knowledge of local statutory requirements (GST, labour laws, etc.) is a plus.
Female candidate preferred (as per role specification).
