The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and sustainability of the institute by expanding student enrollment, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the institute’s visibility in the education sector. This role combines sales, marketing, and relationship management to ensure the institute achieves its academic and financial goals. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for student recruitment, corporate training programs, and institutional collaborations. Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and government bodies to promote institute offerings. Admissions Growth: Design and implement strategies to increase student enrollment across courses and programs. Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and outreach activities that enhance the institute’s reputation. Revenue Generation: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure targets for admissions and partnerships are met. Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends in education, training, and skill development. Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present growth strategies to senior management.
