Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive partnership-led growth and build strategic alliances across SaaS platforms, healthcare, pharma, insurance intermediaries, and BFSI networks.

If you have a strong network in the insurance ecosystem and proven experience in managing end-to-end partnership sales, negotiations, and tech integrations — we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and onboard new partners across SaaS, healthcare, pharma, insurance brokers, web aggregators, and other related businesses

● Promote and integrate our services (HCR, KYP & Claim Support) to create mutual revenue opportunities.

● Conduct product demos and presentations for potential partners.

● Manage the complete sales cycle — outreach, negotiation, and closure.

● Follow up consistently to drive conversions and business growth.

● Coordinate with the tech team for smooth integrations and onboarding.

● Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure recurring business.

Key Requirements:

● Experience in Business Development/Partnerships within Insurance, Healthcare, Insurtech, or BFSI.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business/Insurance/Marketing (MBA preferred).

● Strong network within the insurance ecosystem (brokers, TPAs, insurers, agents, distributors).

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Goal-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
