Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop PRDs and user stories for the required features of the app. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering, business, operations, and design to execute the user journeys of the roadmap. Planning sprints and deliverables with a focus on timely feature delivery will be crucial. Post-launch, you will analyze product performance and iterate to enhance the product experience. Collaborating with growth and marketing teams is essential to drive downloads and investments. Additionally, you will oversee all digital marketing activities and manage social media handles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop PRDs and user stories for app features - Execute user journeys with internal and external stakeholders - Plan sprints and deliverables based on acceptance criteria - Analyze product performance and iterate for improvement - Collaborate with growth and marketing teams - Oversee digital marketing activities and social media management - Understand user behavior to refine product vision and feature pipeline Qualifications Required: - Growth and Ownership Mindset - Ability to extract, analyze, and communicate data effectively - 2+ years of experience in insurance product management - Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English - Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects - Experience in startup environment or on ambitious projects in established organizations Additional Details: The company is looking for individuals with a growth mindset, strong data analysis skills, and experience in insurance product management.
